Nonprofit Event Coordinator Intern
We are looking for a Nonprofit Event Coordinator Intern responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating fundraising, community outreach, and donor events that align with our mission and goals. This role requires outstanding organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute nonprofit events and awareness campaigns.
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective, quality fundraising events.
- Collaborate with event coordination team to create marketing and promotional materials (print, digital, and social media).
- Manage event contracts and relationships.
- Supervise events to ensure nonprofit clients are being represented professionally.
- Track event metrics to evaluate and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations, including adherence to fundraising practices.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in event planning, nonprofits, and/or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Written, verbal, and personal communication skills.
- Passion for mission and values of our company and nonprofit clients.
