EHS Digital Solutions Consultant
SUMMARY
Working under the direction of project managers and senior consultants, deliver digital solutions for Trinity’s commercial and industrial clients to support environmental, health, safety, quality, sustainability, and operational risk management programs using a variety of software platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Document business and technical requirements based on client feedback and input.
Review and understand implementation design plans based on requirements, platform capabilities, and best practices.
Configure digital software platforms to meet client requirements based on design including user security and permissions, form/field layouts, automation business rules, reports, and dashboards.
Execute system quality assurance testing schemes and scripts.
Deliver administrative, super user, and end user training and support training material development.
Monitor, verify, and ensure the technical accuracy and quality of project related work and deliverables (e.g., design documentation, acceptance testing, and issues resolution documentation, as-built documents, etc.).
Knowledge share with other staff in knowledge and understanding of various platforms.
Work with project managers to coordinate efforts of project team to ensure timely completion of project.
Develop and cultivate client relationships.
Promote client stewardship through responsive attention to the needs of existing clients.
Develop skills and proficiency across multiple technology platforms.
Contribute to business development through sales proposals and presentations for existing and prospective clients.
Monitor and manage self-productivity and utilization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from four-year college or university; and at least 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have computer literacy, including basic programming, word processing, spreadsheet skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office software package.
