Client Ambassador

We are one of the most influential retail marketing and customer outreach firms in Cleveland with plans to expand throughout the midwest in the next year. We are on a mission to take our clients brands to the next level  through our one of a kind retail events. 

Our team of Client Ambassadors represent our clients directly to the consumers inside of local retail spaces. The ideal entry-level Client Ambassador should be incredibly comfortable interacting with people in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Client Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Increase community awareness for our clients brand and mission through available promotions and direct personal interactions
  • Engage with community members to spread awareness and generate revenue 
  • Provide exceptional customer support by handling all questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and empathy
  • Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly and follow all company confidentiality guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned 

Client Ambassador Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 0-2 years of experience in community outreach, business development, sales, customer service 
  • Willingness to learn about community outreach and our efforts in making a difference
  • Ability to easily build rapport with a diverse customer base by utilizing active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills
  • Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently
