IT Business Integration Support Analyst

Pay Range: $24.18 to $36.27 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
 

Full Time IT Business Integration Support Analyst 1, La Crosse, WI:  Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Business Support Specialist, to primarily serve as the IT Subject Matter Expert for our Supply Chain Business Group’s software.  This person will be involved with:

  • Research, innovation planning, and other support responsibilities related to the Retail Ordering Platform.
  • Support & troubleshooting
  • Serve as a knowledge expert/super user
  • Assist with software administration & configuration
  • Implementation, documentation, and training
  • Coordinating test plans & scripting
  • Recommending vendor relationship efficiencies
  • Reporting & analytics

 

Qualifications:  Associate degree or equivalent from a two year college, or two or more years’ experience as a business or IT software specialist. 

 

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Experience with SQL, XML, and various scripting tools.
  • Knowledge of standardized database design and administrative tasks (SQL Server)
  • Experience with mobile platform application design, configuration and testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methods.
  • Experience with monitoring system logs and providing details and analysis to vendor support teams.

 

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to educate individuals on new systems as well as changing software features and functionalities.
  • Ability to develop approaches to solving problems in new business situations and technical environments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department directors, managers, co-workers, and external vendors.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.

 

Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
