Are You a Natural On Camera?

Do people stop to talk to you? Are you known for your energy, your questions, your vibe?

We’re looking for bold, creative, and outgoing college students to become Kampus Konnect College Personalities — paid, on-camera creators who will introduce your campus and across the nation to Kampus Konnect by filming fun, unscripted student interactions and interviews that spotlight what dating, networking, and college life really look like on your yard.

What You’ll Do:

• Record campus interviews with students (wherever you engage: In the cafeteria, grocery store, and dorms, on the yard, at parties, tailgates, kickbacks, etc.)
• Follow short scripts and curated questions provided by the Kampus Konnect team (or suggested by you)
• Capture engaging audio and interactions from real college students
• Upload raw footage to Kampus Konnect (we’ll handle all editing)
• Be a trusted face of our platform — energetic, authentic, fun, engaging

Content Structure:

• We provide the prompts, intro guidelines, and interview questions (unless you make some suggestions or adlib)
• You film yourself + students engaging in authentic conversations
• Examples:
  • “Rate your campus dating scene 1–10 and why.”
  • “What’s the boldest DM you’ve ever sent?”
  • “What’s one career resource on campus most students don’t take advantage of?”

You don’t need fancy gear — just solid sound and your personality.

Compensation:

• $40 per hour of approved raw footage (billed in 15-minute increments)

-Hourly rates increase via app membership benchmarks 

• 20% commission from every paying user who joins via your QR code
  • Standard Plan = $10/month → you earn $2
  • Premium Plan = $20/month → you earn $4
• Access to creator merch, promo codes, and affiliate challenges

Steps to Apply:

1st:

Complete the Kampus Konnect College Personality Application:

2nd:

Once we receive your application, we will send you the “Video Interview Guidelines.”  They will include the Kampus Konnect Guidelines, restricted words and questions, along with our media release form that all interviewees have to sign for the videos to be used.

You will go out and do your thang!

3rd:

Submit a 15–20 minute video sample:

• 3–5 min: Introduce yourself + your campus vibe (Be creative!)
• 12–15 min: Ask real students questions from our list and 1 of your own
• Submit the video via the Google Drive folder link we provide you

We’re Looking For On Camera Personalities Who Are:

• Confident and personable college students (any major!)
• Comfortable filming in public and talking to strangers
• Active on social media and campus (bonus if you’re involved in student orgs or Greek life)
• 18+ and enrolled in a U.S. college or university
