Manager, Exhibit & Sponsorship Services

The Manager, Exhibit & Sponsorship Services will play a key role in supporting exhibit and sponsorship operations across multiple events. Reporting to the Senior Director, this position will assist with exhibitor logistics, sponsorship fulfillment, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Exhibit & Sponsorship Operations:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating exhibit and sponsorship logistics for events of various scales.
  • Work with vendors, show decorators, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support exhibit hall layout planning, booth assignments, and sponsorship activations.
  • Oversee sponsorship fulfillment to ensure all deliverables meet contractual commitments.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Serve as a key contact for exhibitors and sponsors, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Support the development of customized sponsorship packages that align with client goals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to exhibitor and sponsor inquiries.

Sales & Revenue Support:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and sales team to support sponsorship and exhibit sales efforts.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, contract management, and revenue tracking.
  • Help develop marketing initiatives to increase exhibitor and sponsor engagement.
    Event Execution & On-Site Management:
  • Manage exhibitor and sponsor logistics, including move-in/move-out schedules and booth setups.
  • Oversee sponsorship activations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and exhibitor assistance during events.

Budget & Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in budgeting and tracking exhibit and sponsorship-related expenses.
  • Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Continuously assess and refine exhibit and sponsorship processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovative sponsorship opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to elevate the exhibitor and sponsor experience.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in exhibit and sponsorship services, event operations, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating initiatives and client relationship management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of exhibit and sponsorship logistics, event planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
