Human Resources Coordinator

Cheshire Fitness Zone has an exciting opportunity in our Human Resources Department for a Human Resources Coordinator. We are committed to helping children of all ages and abilities achieve their maximum potential, and our goal is the same for our team members. 

Qualifications: one year (minimum) HR experience; background in healthcare preferred

Skills: excellent organization, time management, and communication skills; advanced interpersonal skills; ability to receive direction and work collaboratively with others; proven track record of confidentiality; familiarity with the Microsoft platform; basic understanding of HR functions; knowledge of state and federal employment laws

 

Position responsibilities:

Work with confidential employee-related data

Maintain employee records

Coordinate new employees, LOAs, workers' compensation, and employee benefits 

Willingness to learn HR processes and additional responsibilities

Travel between locations as needed and work in an office

30-40 hour/week full-time (can probably start at 30 and move to 40)
