Therapy Intern at Odessa Physical Therapy

Therapy technicians will assist physical and occupational therapists with tasks and patient care such as preparing treatment areas, maintaining clean and organized treatments, and interacting with patients.

Learning Objectives:

• Therapy Technician will be able to understand and facilitate a variety of exercises used in occupational and physical therapy.

• Therapy Technician will be able to witness a variety of upper and lower extremity diagnoses and how therapists treat them.

• Therapy Technician will gain insight into orthopedic, muscular, and tendon structures of the human body.
