Social Media & Content Creator

As our first-ever Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll have the chance to shape our brand presence from the ground up, making our feeds as dynamic, engaging, and fun as the work we do!

Role Overview:
You’ll conceptualize and produce compelling photo, video, and graphic content that not only looks great but connects with our audience in fresh and interactive ways. This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves brainstorming big ideas, mapping out creative campaigns, and bringing them to life across multiple platforms!

Qualifications:

  • Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to try something new
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop 
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere or other video editing software

Responsibilities:

  • Create Content: Produce short- and long-form videos, graphics, and photo content that bring your concepts to life.
  • Engage the Audience: Write captions, respond to comments, and foster a fun, connected online community.
  • Capture the Action: Photograph and film project sites, behind-the-scenes moments, and in-office culture to showcase our brand personality.

What Else:

  • Concept Campaigns: Develop original, interactive, and on-brand campaign ideas that align with our company goals — from initial brainstorm to content launch.
  • Strategize Social: Build monthly content calendars that incorporate your campaigns, trending ideas, and key marketing priorities.
  • Event Planning: Lead in planning and promoting marketing events that extend your campaigns offline.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor content to inspire fresh campaign ideas
  • Design Marketing Materials: Create eye-catching visuals for newsletters, mailers, branded merchandise, and other collateral
