Customer Service Representative

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative in Pewaukee, WI!

Dixon Sanitary is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pewaukee, WI!  The Customer Service Representative will provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include entering orders and quotes, resolving product or service issues, and following up with customers to ensure their needs were satisfied. Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to both internal and external customers
  • Responding to email and phone inquiries
  • Develop, deliver, and follow up on quotations to customers
  • Enter customer orders and provide accurate pricing and lead times
  • Accounts Receivable functions
  • Customer Invoicing
  • File Maintenance
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years previous customer service or administrative experience with strong organizational skills preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively; must be a good listener
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, but have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and prioritize requests
  • Strong ability to handle challenges and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn product line and customer service processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other software programs
