Business Development Intern

Business Development Intern (Remote, Commission-Only)

Hours: ~15 per week
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-based (flat rate per sale)

We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Business Development Intern to help grow our customer base for an innovative AI-powered platform that connects organizations with their target audience. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world sales and business development experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and progress
  • Take sales calls and close deals directly with prospective customers
  • Follow up with inbound prospects generated from our online advertising campaigns
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption of our platform
  • Work independently to hit targets and contribute to overall business growth

Who you are

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without direct supervision
  • Resilient and persistent — you thrive on overcoming objections and closing deals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Prior sales or lead generation experience is preferred, but not required
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt to feedback
