Leadership & Sales Trainee - Entry Level Sales

This is a hands-on role that starts in face-to-face retail sales and includes daily team development, performance coaching, and a clear path to business leadership and management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Represent top-tier national clients inside high-traffic big-box retailers like Target, Best Buy, and Fred Meyers.
- Conduct in-person product sales and customer service at assigned retail locations
- Start each day at our Tukwila, WA office for morning meetings, training, and business development sessions
- Learn the full sales cycle, including marketing, team development, leadership, and operations
- Receive ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities toward team lead and branch manager roles
Pay & Perks:
- $20.76/hour base pay + uncapped commissions
- Average weekly earnings: $1,000–$2,000+ (performance-based)
- W-2 position with optional health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
- Full, in-house training provided- no experience needed

Schedule & Workplace:
- Full-time, in-person position
- Work 5 days/week including weekends (scheduled days off: Tuesday & Wednesday)
- Must have reliable transportation to commute between the office and assigned store locations
