Sales Team Leader
The Marketing Method, based in Columbus, Ohio, is hiring a full time Sales Team Leader. As a Sales Team Leader you will be working with a dedicated team to provide stellar support for our new and existing customers. The Sales Team Leader will also be tasked with ensuring high net promoter scores and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Sales Team Leader Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader located in Columbus, OH. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure all parties are clear in direction and orders are confirmed
- Provide high quality, professional and timely customer service when handling customer complaints, support and quotes
- Refer to guidelines for various customer service topics
- Use the best practices and techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Coordinate and collaborate between multiple departments, customers and service providers
- Document all customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure the correct products are delivered
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Inform customer about available package and bundle options
- Coordinate with sales team to drive sales
Sales Team Leader Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
