People You Work With
As an Accounting Intern, you’ll work closely with our Director of Finance and the administrative team to support a variety of projects across accounting and operations. You’ll gain real-world exposure to the inner workings of a manufacturing organization while sharpening professional skills that will benefit you in any career path.

Responsibilities You Have
- Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
- Prepare recurring journal entries and review for accuracy
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with documenting SOPs
- Participate in inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Review ERP system data and help clean up outdated entries
- Analyze Checkbook Spend Reports and flag discrepancies
- Provide backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Completed at least one introductory accounting course
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to a team
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
- Citizenship status must permit compliance with ITAR requirements
