About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our project pipeline, strengthen client relationships, and expand brand awareness. You’ll combine sales outreach, relationship building, and marketing support to generate opportunities and secure new business.

Pay: Starting at $60,000 base salary, plus bonus structure

Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management – Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients (GCs, architects, developers, engineers). Maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot.

Relationship Building – Maintain regular contact with key industry partners, attend events and pre-bid meetings, and secure repeat business/referrals.

Proposal Support – Collaborate with estimating/project teams to prepare timely, tailored proposals that align with project goals and margins.

Marketing & Brand Presence – Manage social media posts, website updates, and industry engagement to increase visibility.

Reporting & Strategy – Track leads, proposals, wins, and KPIs. Share insights to improve sales and marketing tactics.

Qualifications

Sales or business development experience (construction industry preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus) and Microsoft Office

Ability to attend early-morning site visits and occasional after-hours events
