Associate Account Executive

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at assigned client accounts
  • Help expand our footprint across departments, locations, and new projects within each account
  • Learn the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closing
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and get exposure to senior leadership

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (4 days per week in our Union, NJ office)
