CBRE Early Career Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Remote (Central Time preferred)
Duration: Temporary – 6 months (with potential to extend)
Reports to: TA Manager, Corporate Partnerships
About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented entry level recruiter to support CBRE’s Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) Program. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on full-cycle recruiting and program support for early career talent across multiple states.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 10–25 MRA roles: posting, screening, assessment tracking, offer extension, and offer form completion
- Provide white-glove service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Enter and track candidate data across multiple systems manually
- Register MRA hires with the Department of Labor and track graduation timelines
- Support MRA soft skills sessions
- Collaborate with the manager on talent marketing ideas to showcase CBRE’s culture
- Research and register for career fairs and branding events
- Source talent through school partnerships and post jobs on multiple platforms
- Attend and contribute to Brand Ambassador and Female Ambassador monthly meetings
- Create and deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines
- Stay flexible and ready to pivot with client needs
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to help enhance and scale our programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Admin or related, ideally with exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition.
- A strong interest in growing into an Early Career Recruiter role.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping early career talent find their path.
- Strong administrative skills and comfort with manual data entry
- Ability to think creatively and suggest automation solutions
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing ad hoc reports
- A collaborative, client-first mindset with a passion for talent development
- Eagerness to learn, network, and contribute beyond traditional recruiting
