Management Trainee

This 10-month comprehensive training program is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of our operations, enabling candidates to assume future leadership roles.

Program Structure:
The Management Trainee program features a structured rotation schedule across key departments and functions:
- Safety: 2 weeks
- Human Resources/IT: 1 week
- Legal: 1 week
- Shotcrete Operations: 1 month
- Concrete Operations: 1 month
- Glue and Grouting: 1 month
- Longwall Mining: 1 month
- Drilling and Blasting: 1 month
- Belt Terminal Group: 1 month
- Steel Erection: 1 month
- Construction/Civil: 2 weeks
- Engineering/Pioneer: 2 weeks
- Sales/Estimating: 1 month
Responsibilities:
• Arrive punctually and prepared for daily tasks.
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude (“Can Do” mindset).
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with managers, colleagues, and clients.
• Assist with assignments across various departments.
• Promote and uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for safety improvements and operational enhancements.
• Ask questions and seek clarification to improve understanding.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
