Behavioral Health Specialist

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Behavioral Health Specialists to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of Autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.

 

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide supervision of those who oversee the support of adults with Autism in the community. This is a clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral and skill building services for adults living with Autism. In this role you will also be providing assessments and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals.

Job details:

  • Full time, exempt position
  • $60,000 per year

 

Minimum Educational Qualifications: (one of the following)

  • Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work
  • Master’s degree in unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License

 

Additional Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
  • Experience working with individuals living with autism
  • Effective communication and proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
