Investment Banking Analyst I - Industrials

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Industrials Investment Banking team for a full-time role beginning in Summer 2026. This opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory assignments.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal reports.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and interact with clients and other advisors.
  • Collaborate with team members across levels to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a prior investment banking internship is required.
  • Strong academic performance from a top-tier university, with coursework in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in the industrials sector and a solid understanding of key industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
