Sales and Go-to-Market Intern

Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) Intern

From cleaning to furniture rentals and pantry restocking, Codi is the one-stop-shop platform for office services. Our clients can rely on our request management system and office support team to coordinate their projects end-to-end. We assign the right vendor from our trusted network of partners and supervise to ensure a hands-off experience for our clients. 

Codi’s vision is to make the office a breeze, by building the ultimate virtual office manager, automating office setup and ongoing logistics. Our new AI-powered platform launched in April 2025 and is constantly improving. 

 

Who Are You?

A motivated self-starter excited by fast-paced startups with a flair for sales, marketing, and Go-to-Market strategy. You enjoy experimenting with different channels to grow pipeline and thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings. You’re organized, receptive to feedback, and passionate about helping a startup scale. 

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Growth via Scalable Channels
  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts and segments.
  • Launch and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email sequences, newsletters, etc.).
  • Create and maintain prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creating sales enablement materials 
  • Support partner marketing programs to reach new audiences through broker, landlord, and vendor networks.
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to identify what’s working and where to iterate.
  • Provide market research and competitive insights to help refine positioning and targeting.

Requirements

  • 10-20 hours a week
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate degree
  • Preference for role to be NYC based but not a requirement. 
  • Strong project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Great communication skills across various channels
  • Techsavvy in general & proficient with tools: Hubspot, Slack, Notion, Google, etc.
  • Passion for sales, growth and marketing.
