HPNY, a leading boutique real estate investment firm located on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced, hardworking & driven professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

 Must have excellent phone and “people” skills, and general knowledge of NYC real estate.

 Develop relationships with building owners, institutional funds and private investors.

 Participate in the entire marketing process and sales cycle from cold-calling to the closing table.

There is significant earning potential to candidates who are team oriented, entrepreneurial & motivated. This position is 100% commission based.
