Project Manager Intern

Job Description: Project Manager Intern at Roof Vets

Roof Vets, a premier roofing company specializing in insurance claims, is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to join our veteran-led team. As a Paid Project Manager Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing roofing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
  • Review and organize insurance claim documentation to streamline the approval process.
  • Conduct site visits to assess storm damage and monitor project progress under the supervision of senior project managers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
  • Provide administrative support, including updating project timelines, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a college or university program (preferably in construction management, business, or a related field).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interest in learning about roofing, insurance claims, and project management.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from office.
