Whether you're licensed or new to the industry, we’ll provide everything you need: expert training, product knowledge, one-on-one coaching, and daily mentorship to turn you into a top-producing agent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with inbound leads interested and eligible for Medicare
  • Educate clients on their health insurance options
  • Follow a proven sales process to close sales and hit goals
  • Deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driven Sales Professionals: Hunger to earn and grow
  • No Health Insurance Experience? No problem—we’ll train you from the ground up
  • 2-15 or 2-40 Licensed Agents? You’re ready to hit the ground running - not needed for interview!
  • Great Communicators: Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport
  • Call Center, Customer Service, or Retail Experience? That’s a huge plus!
