Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. • Participate in medical management initiatives, particularly in areas such as pediatrics and pain management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions within pharmacy systems.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements and participate in continuous professional development.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy practices.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and medication therapy management.
• Experience in pediatrics, pain management, and IV infusion preparation is highly desirable.
