Role:
πŸ’» Develop, integrate, and test software solutions for advanced R&D projects
πŸ› οΈ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements and deadlines
πŸ“„ Prepare system documentation, reports, and presentations
πŸ‘₯ Lead small engineering groups on specific project functionality when needed
πŸ” Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
βš™οΈ Work with both Windows and Linux environments

Requirements:
πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related discipline with strong programming coursework (OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience)
⏳ 2+ years of professional software development experience
🧠 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
πŸ“œ Experience with software/system implementation and SDLC best practices
πŸ’‘ Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
πŸ›‘οΈ Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
🌐 Experience with distributed or real-time computing systems
🧩 Proficiency in Java, C, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
🐳 Knowledge of Hadoop, Kubernetes, and Agile tools (JIRA, GitLab)
πŸ“Š Experience in system architecture and complex system analysis
πŸ’¬ Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-contractor environments
