Account Management Intern

Summary:

As an Account Management intern, you’ll assist members of the Client & Broker Services (CBS) team with projects that support their departmental goals and increase efficiency. Working closely with others in the CBS department will teach you account management’s role in the success of the organization and will showcase the potential opportunities for your future career.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering renewal documents and client data; design slide decks that will support Account Executive’s renewal conversations with clients 
  • Provide support to the Account Management team with creating proposals
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal partners
  • Provide general administrative support to the CBS team
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the CBS department as assigned

Skills/Requirements:

The ideal intern will possess the following: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform tasks in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • High quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to receive and accept guidance from others

Hours of Operation:

We are seeking one full-time or two part-time Interns. Business hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm M-F. We are currently working in the office Tuesday – Thursday, and virtually Monday and Friday.
