Job Title: Candidate Success Team Member (CST Assistant)

About the Role:

Paramount is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Candidate Success Team Member to support our Candidate Success Team (CST) operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys administrative work that helps others succeed.

As a CST Assistant, your primary responsibility will be helping candidates start off strong. From taking attendance during client trainings to supporting tech setup and completing follow-up tasks, your role is to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our CST Manager and play an important part in helping new hires get up and running successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log attendance for virtual client training sessions via Zoom and Teams
• Assist candidates with equipment setup (checking for proper internet speeds, confirming dual monitors, etc.)
• Perform light troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed
• Support CST Manager with scheduling, reminders, and ongoing candidate communication
• Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding and engagement tracking
• Provide friendly, professional support to new hires as they prepare to start their assignments

Who You Are:

• Based in or near Atlanta, GA (role is remote but may require occasional in-person meetings)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Zoom, Teams, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communicator who’s organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in customer service or staffing is a plus, but not required
