Are you ready to learn valuable trade skills, work with your hands, and make a real impact on people’s lives every day?

Next Day Access is hiring motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Accessibility Technicians. We install ramps, stairlifts, grab bars, and mobility equipment to help seniors and people with disabilities access their homes safely. No previous experience is required — we offer structured, hands-on training both on job sites and at our corporate training center.

What You'll Do

- Travel locally to install accessibility solutions like aluminum ramps, stairlifts (together with a certified installer) and grab bars
- Use tools and follow safety instructions (we teach you!)
- Learn how to read job plans and layout small projects
- Help maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle
- Interact with customers in a professional and respectful way and make job assessments

Who We're Looking For

- Reliable and motivated individuals
- Comfortable using basic tools or eager to learn
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- Strong work ethic and good attitude – we can teach the rest!
