Responsibilities

  1. BE A BRAND AND PRODUCT AMBASSADOR
    1. Use Slush in your day to day life, breathing the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
    2. Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university.
    3. Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
    4. Increase brand engagement on your Social Media handles through authentic content.
    5. Collect and give product feedback & help shape the future of the app.
  2. BE A SALES EXPERT
    1. Build relationships with the founders of Slush and ensure Slush is available and visible in outlets, on your campus and in your region.
    2. Leverage relevant assets in order to keep us top of mind in the minds of potential new users.
    3. Convert potential new customers to active users of Slush.
  3. EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
    1. Be entrepreneurial and creative in your way of promoting Slush.
    2. Share ideas and collaborate with your team through regular face-to-face and online interaction.
    3. Plan & report your activities in the dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy.
    4. Contribute to business development by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Must be at least 18 years of age 

✔️ Must have a valid US driver’s license  

✔️ Social, well-connected, ambitious, and self-starting

✔️ Active in student orgs, Greek life, or sports

✔️ Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city, including behind-the-scenes activities & hot-spots 

✔️ Loves trying new apps

✔️ Wants to build something cool from the ground up

✔️ Wants sales, promoting, and marketing experience

✔️ University or college enrollment required  

✔️ Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage  

✔️ Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week 

✔️ Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus 

✔️ Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes’, and winning sales 

✔️ A team player, willing to represent Slush with branded outfits
