Your role:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs

Provide hands-on supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs/therapists

Collaborate with families to ensure therapy goals carry over into daily life

Maintain ethical and clinical excellence in all aspects of care

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
