We are a Spanish company that established our U.S. operations in Texas a year ago, specializing in organizing a wide range of events across the USA, including experiential events, conventions, and corporate gatherings.

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Project Manager Intern to help significantly event projects in the US. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a student to gain valuable hands-on experience in large scale events within a dynamic, growing international company.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to support our team in creating, planning, and executing engaging content across platforms. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about digital media, trends, visual storytelling, and creative communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning timelines and production schedules.

     
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.

     
  • Help prepare budgets, quotes, and production documents.

     
  • Organize deliverables, materials, props, and event kits.

     
  • Assist during site visits, setups, and breakdowns.

     
  • On-site support during events (check-in, logistics, problem-solving).

     
  • Document processes and lessons learned for internal use.

     

Requirements

  • Studying Event Production, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or related field.

     
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

     
  • Great attitude, initiative, and attention to detail.

     
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
