Project Intern

The Land O’Frost internship is a project-based program where you will be the team lead for a project, pulling together resources, completing research, analyzing data, and proposing solutions. To finalize the internship, you’ll present your project, findings and recommendations to our company Leadership Team.

This opportunity allows you to learn about the many facets of a company creating protein-based products to feed America. By managing the project you develop leadership skills, and with the final presentation you showcase your business skills and ability to effectively communicate project results and recommendations.

Internships are available in multiple departments and locations including Munster, IN, Lansing, IL, Madisonville, KY, and Searcy, AR.

The internship will focus on identifying product or process improvements by collecting data, evaluating product and processes, analyzing data, and recommending improvements while working with a cross-functional team.  Internships may also include a group project, yet to be determined.
