Paid Social Strategist
Flighted is a best-in-class growth marketing agency specializing in paid media, ad creative production, and landing page design for DTC brands like Harry's, Todd Snyder, Apple Bottoms by Nelly, Sleepy Tie, Flintts, and more.
We are looking for a rockstar Paid Social Strategist to support our growth! This position will report directly to the founder. Recommended experience: 1+ years with Meta or TikTok ads, or relevant internship experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build, launch and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns
- Oversee creative strategy and build detailed paid social creative briefs for clients
- Lead client calls and present new growth strategies and reporting to clients
- Scale social advertising efforts geared towards acquiring new customers profitably
- Build, maintain and optimize digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach.
- Execute high profile and complex paid media campaigns
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial with a hunger to learn new skills
- 0-1 years of experience setting up and testing paid ad campaigns across a variety of platforms, mainly Meta or TikTok, or relevant internship experience
- An eye for content and effective messaging - you notice the ads you are served on Instagram, and understand what makes an ad "good" or "bad"
- Communication skills that will allow you to effectively present analysis and strategy to C-Suite executives and startup founders
- Moderate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs etc.)
- A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards
- Nice to have: Working knowledge of Shopify and the DTC ecosystem/ecommerce growth strategy
