Graphic Design Assistant

Pay starting out at $22 an hour

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and organized Graphic Design Assistant to join our Graphics Department. You’ll report to the Graphics Department Manager and support the design and production of point-of-sale materials—such as indoor/outdoor banners, signage, and display assets. Collaborating with sales professionals and beverage suppliers, you’ll help ensure timely, cost-effective output that aligns with company, brewery, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

Support POS design and production for retail signage, including banners, clings, and cooler wraps.

Organize digital files, update templates, and ensure outdated assets are purged.

Assist with basic printer maintenance and keep the production area stocked and organized.

Log daily data in MPS software and troubleshoot tech issues to maintain workflow.

Distribute marketing requests (MIRs), generate invoices, and support monthly chain POS tasks.

Maintain logo files and ensure product pamphlets are up to date and readily available.

Other duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and data entry. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

Office-based role using standard equipment—computers, printers, phones, copiers.

May require occasional overtime or work outside regular hours to meet deadlines.

Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements typical of computer and equipment usage.

Able to remain stationary for around half of the workday and move about as needed.

Occasionally transports materials weighing 10–20 lb; sometimes moves equipment up to 50–100 lb (e.g., printer rolls), with or without assistance.

Required Qualifications: 

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (required); CorelDRAW (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork, communication skills, and customer service orientation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed

Must be at least 21 years old or older.
