Be the heartbeat of a high-performing real estate office.
Who We Are:
We are a top-producing, fast-paced real estate office that blends high energy with high standards. Our culture is rooted in growth, leadership, and excellence. Every day, we show up with purpose — not only to support our agents but to positively impact the community we serve. We're competitive, collaborative, and deeply committed to helping people build businesses and lives worth living.
Who We're Looking For:
This is not your average receptionist role — this is a mission-critical position on our leadership team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and brings professionalism, warmth, and organizational excellence to everything they do. You'll be the first face people see and the steady hand behind much of our operational success.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative or executive support experience who wants to be more than just "behind the desk." You'll be a vital part of decision-making, communication, and culture within our office.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the front-line representative of our office culture and brand
- Provide executive-level support to the Director of Growth and leadership team
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, trainings, and special projects
- Keep the office running smoothly with top-tier organization and follow-through
- Manage supplies, vendor relationships, and general office logistics
- Assist with communication, document creation, reports, and social media as needed
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Are a natural problem-solver and love bringing order to chaos
- Take pride in delivering polished, professional, and prompt communication
- Are detail-obsessed and tech-savvy (Google Suite is a must & knowledge of Dotloop is helpful)
- Work well independently and with a team
- Have a proactive mindset and are always one step ahead
- Love the energy of a real estate environment (experience in real estate or a fast-paced office is a bonus!)
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience in an administrative, customer service, or executive support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with social media platforms (a plus!)
Perks & Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (in-office)
- Paid time off
