Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our continued growth through digital campaigns, content creation, analytics, and support of sales initiatives.
This is a high-impact, multi-faceted role that supports both branding and lead generation. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging content across platforms, supporting internal and external communications, building out website and campaign infrastructure, and helping drive revenue through marketing-driven leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Content & Digital Marketing
- Write and design blogs, social media posts, videos, and digital assets across platforms
- Maintain and update the website, including SEO optimization, job postings, and landing pages
- Manage paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and report on performance metrics
- Update and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, pitches, and other business purposes

Brand & Social Media Management
- Own our social media calendar and presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials to support campaigns and internal initiatives
- Support brand consistency across all channels and departments

Sales & Analytics Support
- Generate lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo and Bombora
- Collaborate with the sales team on presentations, reports, and lead tracking
- Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other tools

Events, Outreach & Internal Support
- Assist with planning and promoting company events, Town Halls, and vendor partnerships
- Coordinate media outreach, sponsorships, merchandise, and client/employee gifts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles
- Experience with logistics or B2B marketing is a plus
- Strong writing, design, and project management skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and LinkedIn Marketing
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable utilizing graphic design software like Canva or something similar preferred
