We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. If you enjoy talking with others, solving problems, and having a flexible schedule, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Your Role:

  • Answer calls from customers and donors with warmth and professionalism
  • Accurately log information during calls
  • Provide support that leaves people feeling valued and heard

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability for at least 15 hours per week

Tech Requirements:

  • Windows 11 PC (Macs and Chromebooks not supported)
  • 16 GB RAM
  • Dual monitors (can be added later)
  • USB noise-canceling headset (can be added later)
  • Hardwired internet connection (can be added later)
