About Us:
MacTech Guam is offering an internship opportunity tailored for students interested in combining customer service skills with technical support experience. This position provides hands-on learning in assisting customers with their tech-related concerns and working alongside our repair and support teams
Who We're Looking For:
- Students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Individuals with a strong interest in customer service and technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with customer concerns
What Your Role and Responsibilities look like:
- Provide frontline customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails or chats.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Document customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the technical team.
- Help in managing and tracking customer service tickets.
- Offer product advice and technical recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide resolutions to common tech problems
Duration and Time Commitments:
- Open for Fall and Spring Semester
- 120 Hours for the internship period, hours can be adjusted based on class requirements/schedule
