About the Role:
Are you ready to turn your marketing ideas into real results? Join Global Wheelhouse’s Marketing & Growth Team and help build a viral pipeline of leads for a transformational coaching brand helping professionals turn their passions into paychecks. This role is for creative thinkers who love testing strategies, tracking what works, and aren’t afraid to experiment with bold ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Research & identify high-converting lead magnets and landing pages
- Test email subject lines, hooks, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates
- Design and A/B test 1-2 weekly lead generation funnels or offers
- Use SEO + content repurposing tactics to help the brand get found faster
- Collaborate on short-form content for Reels, Threads, and TikToks to drive awareness
A Day in the Life:
You’ll start the day by checking metrics from yesterday’s campaign tests. You’ll brainstorm new ideas with our founder, then collaborate with the content or design intern to draft a new lead magnet or create a buzzworthy social hook. You might research which tools or platforms are trending for lead capture, analyze what’s converting (or not), and propose 1-2 micro tweaks we can test tomorrow. You’ll end with a 15-minute sync with the team to recap your wins or blockers.
