Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our transportation sales team. This role is responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and digital channels. Ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of logistics and freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage and grow a portfolio of clients via phone and online platforms.

*Develop leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, in-person visit, and CRM tools.

*Provide pricing, quotes, and solutions tailored to customer needs.

*Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

*Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

*Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

*Work with team to support lead-generation initiatives.

Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm with One hour lunch time
