Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapist Assistant

TheraPeds is a therapist-owned agency that supports school districts and their hiring needs in schools across the US.  At TheraPeds we pride ourselves in knowing the field of Special Education. We currently have openings for OTs and COTA for the 2025-2026 school year.

Locations: We work with schools in 48 of the states. Some of our OT and COTA positions available now are in: Anchorage, AK, Cibeque, AZ, Ramona, CA, Aurora, CO, Denver, CO, Lamar, CO, Frankfort, IN, Boston, MA, Oklahoma City, OK, Brookings, OR, Olympia, WA, and Accomack, VA. 

Position Details: OT and COTA

Setting: School-based services

Availability: Full and part time

Dates: Hiring Now for 2025-2026 School year

Hourly Rate: OT $50-$65. COTA $45-$65

*Rate varies based on experience, location, benefits and position details. 

Licensing: Will be required according to state guidelines.  

Job details: The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with pediatric patients with special needs.

Time Frame: This is a contract position for the 2025-26  school year.  Some positions may renew or extend for the following school year.
