Oracle Strategies is a Democratic political consulting firm specializing in campaign strategy, fundraising, and communications for candidates who share our values. We work exclusively with Democratic candidates committed to change at the local, state, and federal levels.
Position Summary
Oracle Strategies is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Design & Social Media Intern to support our candidate campaigns during the 2026 election cycle. This intern will assist in creating visual content, managing social media accounts, and supporting broader digital strategy for Democratic candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital graphics for social media, websites, emails, and printed materials
- Create social calendars
- Assist in the creation of campaign branding and promotional materials
- Manage and update social media accounts for candidate campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok)
- Draft engaging and timely social media content aligned with campaign messaging
- Track social media analytics and recommend strategy improvements
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across platforms and materials
- Assist with video editing and short-form content creation as needed
Qualifications
- Commitment to Democratic values and candidates
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Proficiency in video editng software (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc)
- Strong writing and editing skills for social media and marketing content
- Experience managing social media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Interest in political campaigns, digital communications, or visual storytelling
- Availability to work 10–15 hours per week with flexibility during peak campaign periods
Compensation & Credit
Interns will receive a $500 monthly stipend and are eligible for a performance-based win bonus following both the primary and general elections. Oracle will complete any required documentation to ensure academic credit is granted through your institution.
