Creative Services Intern
JOB SUMMARY:
The Creative Services intern supports the overall goals of TVFCU by ensuring that TVFCU is visible in the community. This role will assist with TVFCU’s social media, website content creation, print and digital design, video content creation and scheduling, campaign strategy development, and other duties that support TVFCU marketing efforts. Will represent TVFCU in a professional manner at TVFCU marketing events and community involvement activities, creating a favorable impression and new opportunities for TVFCU.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring, including self-created content and content from other sources.
- Contribute to website content creation, updates and additions, copywriting, and graphics creation.
- Help with new member onboarding promotions.
- Assist with new member onboarding promotions.
- Coordinate in-branch video content creation and scheduling.
- Assist with email promotions.
- Collaborate on campaign strategy and content creation for digital advertising, including both vendor-based and in-house promotions.
- Produce videography and photography content and assist with editing for website, social media, and other digital needs.
- Manage file preparation, uploads, and vendor communications during final stages of print and/or digital workflows.
- Participate in in-person marketing events, including weekend and evening activities.
- Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, and digital content creation. Interns will actively contribute to TVFCU’s brand presence through social media, website content, video production, and print/digital design projects, gaining professional experience in a collaborative, real-world setting.
To be considered, candidates must:
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Have basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Microsoft Office is also helpful
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative on creative projects
- Be available to support flexible scheduling, including weekend events as needed
- Be open to participation in TVFCU marketing events or video shoots as needed
