People + Culture Intern

Job Details:

Location: Carmel, Indiana (Onsite)
Internship Dates: Summer 2025 (May 27–August 1)
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitively Paid

 

Role Overview:

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational culture. You’ll support a wide range of people operations including recruitment, associate engagement, training programs, and culture initiatives—all while contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace.

 

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Help refine career and learning paths for associates
  • Maintain and build internal-use websites for training access
  • Organize training sessions and track participation/feedback

Talent Acquisition

  • Support ATS implementation and training
  • Assist with career fairs, job postings, and recruitment resources

Human Resources

  • Address associate inquiries and maintain HR documentation
  • Enhance onboarding processes

Culture & Engagement

  • Support cultural initiatives aligned with company values

Special Projects

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and research initiatives
  • Prepare reports and assist with ad-hoc team priorities

 

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Interest in people operations, HR, and organizational culture
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative
