Tenr is a new, exclusive dating app built for high-achieving singles in New York. We believe that chemistry should come first — not last — and we’re building a platform that helps people skip the small talk and get straight to meaningful connections. We use short video calls to help people figure out early on whether there's real potential, before spending hours on dates that go nowhere.
We’re currently invite-only and growing fast — and we’re looking for passionate, outgoing people to help us scale our community through targeted outreach.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the frontline of Tenr’s growth strategy. Your job is to identify and connect with eligible singles on LinkedIn and invite them to try Tenr. You’ll be using our pre-written scripts to send personalized messages and walk them through the process.
This is perfect for people who are active on LinkedIn, comfortable with outreach, and want a flexible, performance-based role with real impact.
✅ What You’ll Do
Use LinkedIn to search for Jewish professionals aged 24–33 in New York (using filters we’ll provide).
Send personalized connection requests using our script.
Respond to interested users using our provided messaging playbook.
Track daily outreach and successful conversions (people who sign up).
Get paid $5 for every user who signs up and confirms through your outreach.
🧠Who You Are
You have a LinkedIn account in good standing.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy connecting with people.
You can follow scripts while still sounding natural.
You're self-motivated and able to hit daily goals consistently.
Experience with outreach, recruiting, or sales is a plus, but not required.

$10 per user who signs up and is verified through your efforts.
Top ambassadors can earn hundreds of dollars weekly.
Bonuses available for hitting stretch goals.

Flexible hours — work as much or as little as you want.
We ask you to aim for a minimum of 25 outreach messages/day, which typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
