Marketing Operations Manager

Outreach is hiring a Full-time Marketing Operations Manager at Outreach Central Office to play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and communication projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with brand and strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, clearly communicating timelines, expectations, and updates throughout each project.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, negotiate pricing, manage production schedules, and ensure high-quality output that meets budget and brand standards.
  • Maintain and monitor project workflows using ClickUp, tracking milestones and facilitating status meetings to ensure momentum and accountability.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and development teams to align messaging and materials across print, digital, and in-person platforms.
  • Support marketing operations through inventory management, event logistics, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support fundraising goals, including donor insights, event revenue, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in donor databases, maintaining data integrity and supporting analysis for strategic forecasting.
  • Provide training and support for internal systems such as Raiser’s Edge, ClickUp, and shared digital tools to increase team efficiency.
  • Uphold brand standards across all communications and provide guidance to internal teams on proper brand usage.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or creative workflow management.
  • Nonprofit, mission-driven, or agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in ClickUp required (or equivalent PM tool with a willingness to transition).
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and multi-channel communications workflows.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial processes (invoice reconciliation, budgeting).
  • Technologically fluent—comfortable with ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google products, shared drives, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • A commitment to Outreach’s Statement of Mission and Faith is required.
