Media Buyer - Performance/Affiliate Marketing

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Buyer to join our performance-focused affiliate marketing team. A mandatory requirement is either an internship or 1 year of experience in media buying, working hands-on with real budgets and driving measurable results through paid social platforms. 

As a Media Buyer, you’ll launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, perform competitive research, track ROI, and collaborate with our in-house creative team. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role where data and performance drive every decision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and actively manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, CVR) and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Use tools like Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other platforms for market research and creative inspiration
  • Leverage tracking platforms such as RedTrack, ClickFlare, or Voluum for attribution and optimization
  • Write and test ad copy variations, hooks, and headlines
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide creative direction based on campaign needs
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai) to speed up research, copy, and workflow
  • Maintain performance reports and communicate campaign insights to the team

 

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads Managers (can be internship-level)
  • Familiarity with affiliate/performance marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, EPC, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to guide decisions
  • Basic copywriting instincts for ad headlines and calls-to-action
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (RedTrack, Voluum, etc.)
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate tasks
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in digital media buying (internship or freelance experience counts)
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta/TikTok)
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days/week in downtown Hoboken, NJ
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
