Growth Marketing Manager

Outreach is hiring a Full-time Growth Marketing Manager at Outreach Central Office to serve as both architect and builder—analyzing trends, designing growth experiments, and launching performance-optimized campaigns that align with Outreach’s mission to restore hope and provide opportunities for people to become all God intends them to be.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, landing pages) to acquire and retain donors.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels with strong CTAs, automation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analyze paid, organic, and lifecycle channel data to uncover trends and guide investment decisions.
  • Recommend and prioritize campaigns and audience segments based on data-driven insights.
  • Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to boost donor conversion and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance using project management tools and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Create dashboards and reports to translate results into actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and lead with a growth mindset to support cross-functional teams.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital fundraising roles
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets)
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated success in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive revenue
  • Strong understanding of donor behavior and nonprofit fundraising best practices
  • Deep alignment with Outreach’s Christian mission and values
  • A commitment to Outreach’s Statement of Mission and Faith is required.
