Regional Sales Manager

With thousands of leads in the greater Springfield, MO area, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

 

Job Summary

As the Regional Sales Manager for our Outdoor Fiber Internet Sales Team, you will spearhead the development and management of a year-round sales force in the greater Springfield area. Your role will focus on recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a team dedicated to signing up homeowners for fiber internet services while actively participating in field sales to lead by example and maximize earnings. This is a high-impact position with aggressive compensation, offering the potential to earn well over $100,000 annually.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Interview, hire, and onboard top-tier sales talent to build a robust, year-round sales team.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Team Management: Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Field Sales Leadership: Actively engage in daily field sales to convert leads into subscribers, demonstrating best practices and inspiring the team while earning additional commission-based income.

Lead Conversion: Oversee the team’s efforts to convert thousands of leads across the greater Houston area into fiber internet subscribers.

Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimize results.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.

 

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or related industries, with a track record of personal sales success.

Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams while leading by example through hands-on field sales.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team leader.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on lead conversion and daily field engagement.

Familiarity with the greater Houston area market is a plus.

 

Compensation

Highly competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and uncapped commissions from personal field sales.
